Taylor Swift may be ruling the world right now with her new album 1989 and its massive tour, but the "Wildest Dreams" singer knows that people may be getting a little sick of her. In the new cover story of NME, the pop superstar admitted that she may take same time off after she wraps up her live run.

Swift -- who is at the top of her game with an album that has spent 47 weeks in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 and spawned five top 10 singles on the Hot 100 (including three Nos. 1 with "Shake It Off," "Blank Space" and "Bad Blood) - said that she's expecting to lay low soon.

"I'm in the news every single day for multiple different reasons. And it can feel, at times, if you let your anxiety get the better of you, like everybody's waiting for you to really mess up - and then you'll be done." Swift said to NME (via People). ""I think I should take some time off. I think people might need a break from me. I'm going to... I don't know. Hang out with my friends. Write new music. Maybe not write new music. I don't know."

But, what could Swift's new album sound like? Will she continue on the pop journey she started with 1989, go back to country or do something else entirely? Even Swift isn't so sure.

"How could the next one be as big? Maybe the next album will be a bridge to somewhere else. Or maybe I'll just go ahead and change everything," she said.
