Yesterday, Ty Dolla $ign surprised the world when he announced that he would be releasing a new mixtape head of his long-awaited album Free TC next month. He unveiled the title track "Airplane Mode," but now fans can listen to the project in full. The new tape Airplane Mode is a good way to hold over fans who have been eager to hear new music from the "Oh Nah" rapper. The tape doesn't have any features, but does call upon some big names for production including DJ Mustard, Mike Will Made It and Sonny Digital.
The lack of features serves up to highlight the diverse talents of Ty Dolla $ign as a rapper and hook singer and writer. The full tape offers a bit of everything with the production that helps to highlights Dolla $ign's strengths heading into his album promo cycle.
