One Direction's new single from Made in the A.M. "Perfect" still won't be released for two more days, but fans of the band can hear a little preview now. On Wednesday (Oct. 14), 1D teased the release of their "Drag Me Down" follow-up, and fans will be pleased to know the track is upbeat.

"Perfect" was teased on Capital FM (via Pop Crush) with a 10-second snippet. The song features a chorus of acoustic guitars and some enthusiastic vocals from the boys of 1D, with Harry Styles taking the lead on this short portion.

"If you'd like to do whatever you've been dreaming about / Baby you're perfect / Baby you're perfect / So let's start right now," he sings before the teaser fades out. Written by Styles and Louis Tomlinson, the track marks a sort of return to the carefree pop of One Direction's earlier days, moving away from the folk and '80s influences fans heard on Midnight Memories and FOUR.

"Perfect" is due to be released on Friday, Oct. 16.

The track will be the second official single from One Direction's new album Made in the A.M., following the promotion of "Drag Me Down." One Direction has also tantalized their fans with the release of the promo track "Infinity."

Made in the A.M. will be released on Friday, Nov. 13, the same day as Justin Bieber's Purpose. The album, One Direction's fifth, will be the band's final release before it embarks on an indefinite hiatus in spring 2016.
