House republicans may be having a rough time finding a replacement for John Boehner as the Speaker of the House. And, now if Paul Ryan does not accept the job, they have another option: Waka Flocka Flame. Though the "No Hands" rapper initially wanted to run for president in 2016, after discovering that he's too young, he now has his eyes on another powerful position in politics.

In a video posted to Funny or Die (though we hope he's serious), Flocka spells out his intentions to run. "This is me, Waka Flocka Flame. Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to be a rapper but it was always a means to the end. My real dream was to run Congress. That's why I'm officially announcing my candidacy for Speaker of the House," he says in the video.

And, unlike his run for presidency, this time Flocka has his facts straight. "You don't have to be a member of Congress to be the No. 1 dude. Anyone can be Speaker of the House."

But, what are his positions that align him for this job (one he claims may be more powerful than POTUS)?

He's all for legalization of marijuana (duh), women's rights (yay!) and gun control (maybe? he's not so sure). But, he's also down for getting down for real issues, as boring as they may be.

In addition to policy, Waka Flocka Flame also promises to bring some sick rhymes to the House of Representatives. So, really, for Congress, there isn't much to lose. It'll probably be better than Paul Ryan: Mall Cop, anyway.
