On Sunday (Oct 25th), Amber Rose's BFF Blac Chyna caused quite the controversy when she revealed her latest tattoo featuring DS2 rapper Future's stage moniker. Future, on the other hand, has taken Chyna's new ink as an opportunity to let the world now he's still single.

Chyna shocked the masses when she showed off her brand new ink reading "Future," but it looks like her hopes may have already been doused after reportedly dating the rapper for only a month. Despite the new ink, the rapper took to his Twitter to address the rumors of the two dating with a series of tweets,

"Single & focusing on what makes me happy. Satisfying my fans with great vibes& waves consistently is the Turnup..winning. "

He continued silencing the reports, "kno I dnt f*ck wit no rumors..."

The tweets served to make it painfully clear that the rapper has no desire to be in a relationship despite he and Chyna having been seen out on multiple occasions.

Neither member of the duo had previously come forward to comfirm or deny any romantic involvement. Chyna's tattoo, however, definitely alluded to them being past the "just friends" phase. Despite Future's public service announcement making his relationship status clear, according to TMZ, Chyna and Future were actually at the tattoo shop together when she decided to get the ink on a whim. Ouch.

To add insult to injury, Chyna's ex Tyga maintains that he is just fine with Future hooking up with his ex. He even insists that he would be interested in doing another track with the rapper to follow previous collaboration "Show You".

Chyna is not the first woman to profess her undying affections for the rapper with a tattoo. Before things turned sour between Future and ex Ciara the two got matching tattoos sporting one another's initials on their ring fingers. Ciara has since lasered off the 'N' standing for Nayvadius, which is his legal name.

 Thought it was a drought
