Star of hit track that went viral, "Nasty Freestyle", rapper T-Wayne is currently being accused of raping a 22-year-old woman from Dallas that he met on Instagram. The up and coming rapper may be heading for some severe legal troubles, as the young woman clearly identifies him as her attacker after a date night between the two turned physical against the young woman's will.
According to reports from TMZ, the incident happened back in July. The Texas woman claims that the two corresponded via Instagram back in June, and finally agreed upon a time to meet in July, which is when the rapper flew the alleged victim to Houston. Reports indicate that he flew the young woman out, and handled her hotel accommodations while in the city. However, things quickly turned from sweet to bitter after the pair left the Cheesecake Factory and went back to her hotel.
The young woman claims that the rapper turned aggressive after he tried guilting her into sex as result of flying her out and taking care all her accommodation. The young woman suggests that when that didn't work, he simply overpowered her and had his way despite her resistance.
Although we are just now hearing about the incident publicly, reports indicate that the young lady filed a police report five weeks after the ordeal took place. In the police report the young lady reaveals that she did not come forward sooner, as she was shocked by the whole turn of events from that evening.
T-Wayne is not the first public figure to be caught up in a rape scandal of late. Celebs such as Bill Cosby , Derrick Rose, and even fellow rapper Rich Homie Quan was caught in a scandal some months back after tracks leaked with Quan making reference to raping women on unreleased songs.
