The clock is ticking down to shorter days and colder temperatures, but big music events just keep on coming. As the calendar approaches 2016, one festival looks to bring in music fans looking to enjoy good music in a tropical paradise. In steps Electric Paradise, who just unveiled the first 11 acts who will lead its one day affair in the Dominican Republic on Dec. 19. Among those who will headline include Porter Robinson, Major Lazer, Steve Angello and AlunaGeorge.

Also included on the dance music heavy bill are Cash Cash, Cashmere Cat, Chromeo (Live), a DJ set from Gorgon City, Moon Boots, Hot Since 82 and Mathew Johnson.

As noted by Billboard, the attendees can expect a multi-stage setup equipped with pyro and other grandiose production. It hopes to deliver a well-rounded experience beyond music, incorporating art, food, technology and relaxation into its beachside paradise location in Punta Cana. This will be the first festival in the country to feature simultaneous festivals and boasts itself as one of the biggest in the region.

15 more artists will be announced in the coming weeks as Electric Paradise Music Festival looks to round outs lineup that already is stacked with international mainstays.

The 2014 edition was headlined by the likes of Steve Aoki, Martin Garrix and Tiësto.

Tickets are on sale starting at $60 or $2,700 RD, though those prices will go up on Nov. 9. You can purchase those through the Electric Paradise website.
