People are really going after Billboard after the mag posted an Instagram photo of 2-year-old North West that shows the toddler in a sexualized manner based off of her mother, Kim Kardashian's, past.

VH1 reported on the Instagram photo that shows North West with her mouth wide open, seemingly licking, or about to lick, or possibly about to put the whole object of whatever it is, in her mouth. (No matter how famous she is, North is still only two and that is what toddlers do -- put everything in their mouths!)

The caption read, "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree..."

The post set off many Billboard Instagram followers into an uproar over the disrespect and insensitivity and talking about a child in that manner.

Here's what some commenters wrote:

WARNING! Comments Contain Explicit Language

The photo has since been removed from the Billboard account but not before ballertalert caught it and reposted it with this message. "#Billboard posted this tweet of an article about the #Kardarshian-West family and paparazzi. Can you spot what has social media in a frenzy?"

The site has issued an apology according to USA Today stating, "We apologize for the tweet involving North West. The caption was about her comments to paparazzi. The suggestion some see was not intended."

According to the site, the photo was intended to reflect the 2-year-old's comments to the paparazzi where she says, "I said no pictures." The comment was said as a part of a video which Billboard turned into a stand alone post. That photo led people to believe it was a direct shot at the Kardashian sister.

Kim Kardashian has been criticized in the past for her apparent rise to fame that stemmed from a released sex tape of she and singer Ray J. The tape still causes damage in the life of the Kardashians and a still shot from the tape was seen waving on a flag at a Kanye West concert in June; the father of North West.

US Magazine reported that a Glastonbury show on June 27, a festival goer boldly waved a flag in the air that displayed Kardashian performing a lude act on Ray J, with a caption that read "Get down girl, get head get down;" a play on lyrics from the "Gold Digger" Kanye West single.
