It is fair to say the Houston Rockets haven't gotten off to a great start this NBA season. After a meek playoff performance and a 2-0 opening record, many are looking to James Harden as the reason for the franchise's failures. As MusicTimes reported earlier this year, Lil B felt very offended that he was not given credit for Harden's "cooking" victory dance, and thus cursed the rapper. The curse seemed to be working, on some level, as Harden's current performance is often sub par to say the least. However, Harden responded to the curse, saying, "I don't know who Lil B is."

It may not have been wise of the bearded basketball player to throw such shade, as his luck has only gotten worse in recent days. While the beef had settled down a bit since last year, according to XXL, Harden posted a picture of him cooking with the caption, "7days until the cook is back to work!." Last year's MVP really stirred the pot and elicited a reiteration of the curse for stealing "the cook."

Lil B says he invented the idea of cooking as a means of performing at one's peak. He used the metaphor often in his songs and even posted a lengthy tutorial on the matter on his YouTube page back in 2010.

Lil B breaks down his philosophy on "cooking," telling his fans, "It's different levels of cooks. There's chefs....There's head chefs...then, you got top chef, who...uploaded videos, been cooking, ready to be upgraded to master chef." The "master chef" echelon is the highest in this based philosophy. Lil B says, "anytime you're eating, you're getting money, it's a part of cooking" and proceeds to teach us exactly how to cook.
