Chicago along with Earth, Wind & Fire have announced a 15-date U.S. co-headlining extension to their 2015 Heart and Sout Tour, fittingly dubbed Heart and Soul Tour 2.0, with the 2016 dates kicking off on March 23.

The two bands, who brought you some of the greatest American classics, including "Boogie Wonderland" by the eclectic Earth, Wind & Fire and "25 or 6 to 4" by horn-blaring Chicago, made the decision to relaunch the tour due to popular demand, performing both together and separately on stage.  They will hit some of the nation's largest arenas, including New York City's Madison Square Garden.

Philip Bailey of Earth, Wind & Fire, as well as Lee Loughnane of Chicago both commented on the tour extension in a Live Nation press release.

"There's a saying that goes, 'if it's not broken there is no need to change it," he said. "The powerful magic of Chicago and Earth, Wind & Fire works for both bands and fans alike. Here we go again!" Loughnane added, "I'm excited to be starting another leg of the Heart and Soul tour... Both bands are playing great and when we play together, the show rises to another level. Come see the concert. You won't be disappointed."

Tickets will go on sale for American Express and Citi® cardmembers on a pre-sale basis beginning Monday, Nov. 16 at 12:00 PM local time. Regular on-sale will occur on Nov. 20 at 10:00 AM, local time as well. The above information is for a majority, but not all tour dates.  Be sure to head over to Live Nation to check when tickets for a show near you will be available.
