Drake recently took a special trip to Houston and fulfilled a terminally-ill girl's wishes.

15-year-old Kennedy Brown, a student at Carnegie Vanguard High School who suffers from an inoperable cancerous brain tumor, had a big wish to meet Drake, so her friends took to social media to get the rapper's attention.

According to Vibe magazine, they used the hashtag #DrakeForKen to ask that their friend get a chance to meet him.

Brown is lucky to have such a great group of friends. They also organized a prom and graduation for Brown. She was forced to stop attending school because of her condition.

ABC13 reports that Brown's friends threw her a 'high school in a day' experience, crowned her prom queen and congratulated her in a private graduation ceremony.

The station also reports that after airing their story on Brown, the hashtag went viral trending in Houston and other US cities.

Brown's friend Payton Campbell assisted in getting Drake's attention saying the reason for their efforts were "So we can get him to come see her or send something for her because that would mean the world to her."

Initially, Drake planned to record a personalized video for Brown but instead, he decided to surprise her and pay her a visit.

Drizzy took to Instagram to share his experience with Brown.

Back in December, MStars reported that Drake would be building a recording studio for Philly's struggling Strawberry Mansion High School.
