TV On The Radio brought out a very special unexpected guest on Saturday night (Nov. 14) during their set at the Red Bull Music Festival in Los Angeles. R&B icon Miguel joined the band on three songs, one of which was a cover of Can's "Vitamin C."

The unlikely collaborators first performed TV On The Radio's song "Seeds" together off of the trumpet and trombone-infused Brooklyn indie band's 2014 album of the same name. They then launched into a rocking rendition of Miguel's "Adorn," which appears on his record Kaleidoscope Dream. Finally, the collaboration laid down a pretty sweet cover of the German band Can's most popular track.

TV On The Radio, who are fronted by Tunde Adebimpe, have been touring in support of their latest fifth studio album for the past year, however, they do not currently have any upcoming tour dates scheduled. The Red Bull Sound Select Presents: 30 Days in L.A. festival will continue to host shows until the end of the month, with a free, yet-to-be announced secret show to cap off the festivities on Nov. 30.

Miguel recently spoke out against the possibility of Donald Trump becoming the next president of the United States. "But you know, I think there's also a responsibility that you have to have," he said. "And I don't think ignorance deserves that kind of attention and unfortunately we live in a world where attention is the ultimate controversy."

The R&B singer, who recently performed at VH1's Big Music You Oughta Know concert, recently posted a song that he wrote and recorded at the young age of fourteen titled "U R On My Mind" to his Soundcloud page.
