As previously reported, Miley Cyrus has had to postpone her Bangerz Tour concerts in Charlotte, Kansas City, St. Louis, Nashville and Louisville this week due to hospitalization after suffering an "absolutely horrible reaction" to antibiotics.

According to E! News, the pop star will remain under doctors' care in a Kansas City hospital until she is stabilized.

Yesterday she took to Twitter to lament her situation, "can't quit crying. i wanna go back on tour. im meant to be onstage performing for y'all.... not laying in a hospital bed." She also posted a selfie of her in the hospital to Instagram.

Today, the 21-year-old singer took to Twitter again to clear up lingering rumors about her situation and slammed false reports that blamed her condition on partying.

"So many ignorant stories out there no one is reading the official statement and these dumb asses are scaring my fans. Please read official," she wrote before tweeting, "shut the f**k up & let me heal. stop scaring my family, friends, & fans. OFFICIAL STATEMENT."

To lift the singers spirits, MTV has aired a "Get Well" commercial for Cyrus.
