Manager Eddie Howe has seen some success in the EPL this season, and we think it's his ideals of staying true to the team, despite a slow star to the season.
"We are not going to change our ideals and our way of working and our way of playing for various reasons," he recently stated. "For one, we have players who are very good technically and that have been used to working for three years with me, and to suddenly wake up one day and say we are going to change things totally wouldn't be beneficial."
Howe's opponent today, Martinez, agrees with him!
"I don't think I'm revealing a secret when I say Bournemouth were not one of the favorite teams to get promoted from the Championship - so when you see that enormous success, why would you change it? I think their success over the years has been that clarity and understanding of how they want to play, and it has been a really successful story - there is no need to change anything," the manager said.
