Ever found yourself in a situation and wondered, "What would Rick Ross do?," well now you can finally get some answers, straight from the Boss' mouth.

Last month, Music Times reported that the Maybach Music Group boss would be launching his own advice column with Rolling Stone and its finally here.

The publication published the first run of "Ask Rick Ross" and Rozay gave some pretty humorous responses.

He answered questions about everything from plagiarizing to smoking weed with his father to going into "boss mode."

Just about anything you can think to ask, Rick Ross has an answer.

"Coworkers driving you crazy? Relationship trouble got you down? Don't wait any longer -- get some advice from a certified boss," Rolling Stone says.

Considering Ross has had some of his own personal struggles both in and out of the rap game, his time as an advice columnist should be an interesting read, if he chooses to stick with it.

As previously reported, Rolling Stone said they would ask the MMG head honcho the best questions and publish his answers in an upcoming issue of the magazine.

So if you're interested in having your question answered by a boss, send your submission to askaboss@rollingstone.com.

Be sure to add "ASK A BOSS" in the subject line of your e-mail, and include your name, city and state.
