There's nothing like a mother's love. Ex-Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland made us all go, "Awww," when she visited talk show The Real and spilled the latest about her little boy, Titan, who just turned 1 last month. She and her husband Tim Witherspoon seem to already have their hands full as Rowland describes a rambunctious toddler who is already living up to his name.

"[Tim] came up with the name Titan and we immediately loved it. He is definitely living up to his name," Rowland explained with a laugh. "We have to kind of calm him down right now because he is just so aggressive and tough. He is awesome. He is strong."

It's not just a bouncing baby keeping Rowland busy these days. Her new reality show, Chasing Destiny, premieres April 5 on BET, which features Rowland's attempt to find the next chart-topping girl group. Overseeing everything from casting calls to the actual evolution of the chosen ladies, this is the singer's pet project that she takes a lot of pride in.

"We're seeing rough cuts of diamonds right now. That's how I like to picture it," Rowland told Billboard during the audition process. "You can't expect somebody to come in polished. And that's the most exciting part: being able to be part of that molding process."

Empire fans also got a treat during season 2 as Rowland made numerous appearances as the mother of a young Lucious Lyon. And according to her, all she had to do for the role was cycle and sweat. "You know what, I literally ran into [Empire co-creator] Lee Daniels at SoulCycle," Rowland explained. "We were sweating it out and before we started, he's like, 'I know who you are. I know who you are!'" Before long, Daniels had Rowland hooked on the role of Leah, Lyon's mentally ill mother, and, six episodes later, the singer was, as she says, "a part of Lucious' crazy."

With all of that, Rowland still finds the time to be a kick-butt wife and mother. And she's loving watching her son grow-especially since he's discovered his first crush: The Talk co-host Adrienne Bailon.

"It's so cute 'cause he has a crush on Adrienne now," Rowland revealed. So Adrienne comes in and she starts speaking Spanish to him. ... And he's like [she motions leaning in]. He, like, leans in. And I'm like, 'He doesn't do that with anybody.' So it's interesting. I'm like, 'Okay.'"
