The TV landscape gets a little more crowded every year, and there's never been a better time to be a TV fanatic and know about the top 5 TV moments of 2015, but with so many choices, it can be a little overwhelming. Let's take a look at some of our favorite moments from shows like The Walking Dead and Saturday Night Live.

Here are the must-see small-screen moments that will have everyone talking.

1. Empire season 2 finale, on December 2, on Fox, according to Hello Magazine, "the Lyon family hasn't always seen eye to eye on business matters, but when their family's legacy is in jeopardy they're quick to rally together. The big question going into this highly anticipated episode is whether or not Lucious (Terrance Howard) will retain power over his record label."

2. Joseph Biden appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert - and it was the talk of cable news. The major topic of the discussion was whether the current Vice President of the United States would give any hint as to whether he would make a run for the presidency in 2016.

3. Hillary Clinton played the role of "Val" the bartender on Saturday Night Live. The politician showed a sense of humor with the season premiere SNL skit.

4. During the third episode of CBS's Late Late Show, hosted by James Corden, the English actor and comedian introduced the now hugely popular "Carpool Karaoke" segment with special guest Mariah Carey. The duo made a fine way of dealing with Los Angeles traffic.

5. Season 6 of the horror drama television series The Walking Dead - focused on an enormous walker herd in a quarry and Rick (Andrew Lincoln)'s, efforts to divert them away from the Alexandria safe zone. But it was Steven Yeun as Glenn Rhee that had social media burning fiercely with speculative chatter.
