• Both guys are over 6 feet tall ... Brian is 6'3" and Tyler is 6'2".

• Despite making their name in country music, the duo cite hip-hop and rap as their biggest influences. "Everybody in the high school parking lot was either blaring some country music or blaring rap -- and I guess over the years it just kind of comes together somewhere in the middle," Hubbard said in an interview with CNN.

• They say that their biggest influences are: Garth Brooks, Tim McGraw, Casting Crowns, Shane & Shane, Jason Aldean, Jamey Johnson, Lil Wayne, Kenny Chesney, Corey Smith, and Lynyrd Skynyrd.

• Tyler called their instant friendship a "God thing" in an interview with Glamour.

• When Jason Aldean decided to record their song, "Black Tears," it wasn't because his label brought it to him for consideration - he found it online and took it to his label as a song he wanted to cover!

• They once compared their debut album to the movie Wedding Crashers, saying it was because they're just "two goofy guys just having fun."
