On Thursday (Dec.17th) Love & Hip Hop New York (LHHNY) couple, Remy Ma and Papoose tied the knot in an elaborate ceremony amongst their closet family and friends while the VH1 cameras were rolling. The pair originally wed back in 2008, but it was far from the wedding of Remy Ma's dreams due to the fact that at the time, she was serving a 6 and 1/2 year prison sentence for shooting a former friend in the stomach for allegedly stealing money from her. Fellow castmates such as Mendeecees Harris and Yandy Harris, Cardi B, Bianca Bonnie as well as more were on hand for the soiree.
Despite the two being wed back in 2008 over a phone call, Remy Ma and Papoose finally got the fairytale wedding of their dreams saying "I do" in Connecticut at the lavish Aria Wedding and Banquet Facility. The bride had all white adorning her dream wedding gown, which was fit for a princess while the handsome groom opted for a white tuxedo jacket and bow tie trimmed in black paired with black trousers. The bride who was escorted down the isle by her teenage son, Jayson, made quite the pair with her groom Papoose.

According to VH1, the affair was not short on star-studded guests that came to partake in the marital bliss of the hip hop duo. Guests such as longtime friends Keyshia Cole, Fat Joe and more were at the festive occasion. The happy couple recently joined the ranks of the cast of LHHNY's season 6 which premiered Dec.14th The newest season of the show gives fans an in depth look at the duo balancing their of love for one another as well as their love of hip hop.
