Following a GOP primary debate this week, Donald Trump remains the lead candidate in the Republican party in a campaign full of controversial and dangerous rhetoric, causing College Humor to take a shot at him with a new video comparing him to the iconic Christmas character, The Grinch.

"You're A Mean One, Mr. Trump" is animated in the style of the original film and plays on the classic tune, showing a furry grinched-out Trump killing mice, cutting the preamble of the Constitution up into a tie and dressing up as a Mexican immigrant to steal children's Christmas presents.

The video brings to light some of his most egregious acts from the year including his proposal to bar all Muslims from the United States, build a wall on the Mexican boarder paid for by the country itself and making fun of a disabled New York Times reporter.

In the video, the creators acknowledge that by making this video, they are actually giving more attention to his ideas and rhetoric, but unfortunately that's been a theme throughout the year in media. Still, College humor seems to hope the video will serve as a fairly complete wrap-up of his headline grabbing campaign, one that does not at all paint him in a good light.

WARNING: VIDEO CONTAINS GRAPHIC LANGUAGE

Since it was posted on YouTube on Friday, the video has already racked up more than 1 million views. As anyone who has ever been on the Internet would expect, there are some pretty hateful comments being posted below the video tapping into the Islamophobia running rampant in the U.S. right now.

For those being attacked by the populist ideas of Trump and his supporters, take solace in the fact that his poll numbers aren't as good as the media would suggest, as Nate Silver on FiveThirtyEight.com points out that as a general election candidate he only has 6-8 percent of the vote.
