According to Mike Tagliere of Pro Football Focus and Jon Collins of Fantasy Sports LR, the Seattle Seahawks running back Christine Michael is the number-one waiver wire pickup this week. Clearly, with other star running backs Marshawn Lynch and Thomas Rawls both out with injuries, Michael is going to be the team's main target in the backfield. Since he's the top choice this week, though, make sure you have backup plans.

Other running back options include Bilal Powell and Cameron Artis-Payne, while top-ranked waiver wire wide receivers include Dorial Green-Beckham and DeVante Parker, according to Fantasy Pros.

Meanwhile, NFL.com has some more options for these positions. James White of the New England Patriots is a good RB pickup this week off of the waiver wire, and so are wide receivers Markus Wheaton, Kamar Aiken, Willie Snead, and Corey Brown.

For TEs Will Tye of the New York Giants is the only one worth mentioning.

You've made it to week 16 with or without these tips, so one of us is doing something right! We just hope that these tips are helping in some way and that you can take home the trophy this year!
