Fat Trel has been patiently waiting for his time to drop another project this year and right now is the perfect time. Right when the new year is about to start, Fat Trel has released his mixtape, Muva Ru$$ia, and the cover art and tracklist to go with it.
Fat Trel's Muva Ru$$ia is the second project from the rapper this year. Back in June, he dropped the tape Georgetown. In 2012, Fat Trel released his first major project, Nightmare on E Street and then in 2013 was signed to Maybach Music Group. Less than a year into his contract, Fat Trel released his first project on MMG, Gleesh. The mixtape featured appearances from labelmates, Rick Ross, Wale, Rockie Fresh and Stalley.
Muva Ru$$ia has received quite the praise on social media from Fat Trel's fans in the last few days. As per usual, Fat Trel raps his dark, sinister lyrics on each track. He raps about drugs, women and the violence in the streets of D.C.
Though MMG and Rick Ross hasn't shown much support to the artist since 2014, things may change with the success of this new mixtape. Ross is said to be Fat Trel's favorite artist so being signed to MMG must be a dream. But would probably make it all better is the debut of his album on the label.
