In the wee hours of Wednesday morning (Dec.30th) NY Knicks' forward, Cleanthony Early was the victim of armed robbery that resulted in his season ending early. Now, 50 Cent spoke out on Early being shot in his hometown of Queens and even declared that he was going to get the ball player's stolen goods back.

After the Queens native learned of 24-year-old Early's attack outside of Cityscapes Gentlemen's Club by six men in ski masks 50 Cent took to Instagram to voice his dismay about the situation. While the "In Da Club" emcee is known for being a bit of a jokester on social media, he seemed to voice genuine concern when he approached the topic of the ball player being shot in a senseless manner after he had forked over all his belongings.

Early’s robbery follows on the heels of his teammate Derrick Williams who was robbed just two weeks ago by two women he took back to his apartment after meeting them at Up and Down Night club in NYC. The women made off with over $750,000 in property including a Rolex watch, a Hennessy chain and more. Although the women still remain at large, the surveillance footage with the two suspects were released to the public.

According to ESPN, Early will be out for the remainder of the season due to being shot in the knee and is currently recovering after being transferred to a new facility upon being discharged from Elmhurst Hospital early Wednesday (Dec.30) morning.
