It'll be awhile before Gucci Mane is a free man again and with all this time on his hands, he has decided to pen a book about his life.

According to XXL, a tweet was sent from Guwop's account making the announcement. The magazine's site reports that the autobiography will be titled Diary Of A Trap God.

"I'm writing a novel about my life "The Diary of a Trap God"...." the tweet says.

Vlad TV says no major details about Gucci's latest venture have been released.

Gucci's team also took to Twitter to announce that he is gearing up for a tour.

"The Guwop Tour! The greatest show on earth ...coming 2015 #BURR," he said. As far as his legal troubles, the 1017 Brick Squad head honcho is slated to be released in 2016.

He was arrested in September 2013 for carrying a loaded handgun and marijuana.

Hip Hop DX reports that Gucci recently struck a deal as a result of pleading guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

The charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years but under the terms of his agreement, he will only face 39 months.

He will be given a 10-month credit for the time he's served. Gucci is set to be sentenced in July.
