IFC's hit variety series Comedy Bang! Bang! has found a bandleader replacement for Kid Cudi, who was seen in his last episode last month. As if the show starring host Scott Aukerman and a slew of celebrity guests in bizarre situations couldn't get any better, the one and only Weird Al Yankovic has signed on as the latest bandleader, the third in the show's history. "As Comedy Bang! Bang! enters its fifth season, IFC continues to be proud of how the series subversively reinvents the late-night talk show and attracts some of the biggest names in Hollywood, all thanks to comedic Renaissance man, Scott Aukerman," IFC president Jennifer Caserta revealed in an official statement from the network, according to The Verge. "We are thrilled to welcome Weird Al to Comedy Bang! Bang!, as he joins us straight from his global tour in support of his first number one album. This is big news, people!"
