Talk show host and queen of "say it like you mean it," Wendy Williams speaks often of celebrities throwing shade during her Hot Topics segment of her talk show, The Wendy Williams Show.   Now it seems Ms. "How you doin'" threw a lot of shade herself at one of her very own audience members during the taping of the After Show, saying that she wore too much make up and too much weave. Of course, she said all this out of earshot of the audience member.

After the live taping of Williams' show, she and her producers always contribute a little something extra for her fans with an after show segment posted to her Wendy Williams Youtube Channel. On Jan. 27, the talk show team posted the segment titled, "Wear This, Not That," based off of a conversation Williams had with two of the members of her studio audience.

While walking to meet one of the members of her staff to test out new lighting equipment, Williams stumbled upon some of her audience members and became immediately interested in one 20-year-old young man who caught her attention. After spotting him, the 51-year-old pointed out how "cute" she thought he was.

"How cute are you," blurted Williams while walking past the audience members. One of the additional audience members who was also present mistakenly thought Williams was speaking to him. After clarifying who her comment was directed toward, the young man's girlfriend who was there with him spoke out, thanking Williams for her compliment to her boyfriend and revealing that she had picked out his clothes for that day.

"I dressed him," she excitedly explained to Wendy. "You did? Who are you, his mother," asked Williams.

Noticeably displeased with the young woman, who was also a 20-year-old, Williams takes her boyfriend by the arm and walks away with him to have a one on one chat, where she gave some opinionated comments and advice about the young woman's look, and her tendency to dress her man.

"You let your girlfriend dress you, are you serious?" asked Williams to the young man. She then asked how old they both were and when finding out that they were both twenty, she had nothing but negative comments. "She just turned twenty," Williams clarified. "She wears a lot of weave. And she's got a lot of makeup on. I thought that she was a lot older than you."

What's more shocking is how Williams later complimented the young woman on her makeup and her hair once she and the boyfriend had returned from their walk. After expressing her disbelief to the young woman that she is only twenty years old, the young woman explained how it was her eye shadow that made her look older, to which Williams responded "cute" and also "good hair," to what she had only moments before said was too much weave. She also encouraged the young woman to watch the after show, making sure she would see the unflattering comments Williams had just spoken to the boyfriend.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the show's distributor Debmar-Mercury announced on Tuesday Jan. 19 that the show will continue to air through the 2019-20 season on Fox. This means Williams will have plenty more opportunities to speak positively or negatively about her studio audience members. Then again, why would anyone subject themselves to such backstabbing?

Watch below and be sure to tell us what you think. Williams interacts with the audience members about 2:38 into the clip.
