After Tyra Banks gave birth to baby York, Miley Cyrus was one of the first people to send celebratory balloons to Banks to celebrate the arrival of her son.
The 42-year-old model, actress and former talk show host showed the world the "Wrecking Ball" singer's over the top gift on Instagram on Friday: large silver balloons spelling York's name were on Banks' stairwell.
"Your Congratulations Balloons are HUGE and on our stairway, @mileycyrus" Banks wrote. "We're looking at them now like, 'Whoa! They're so cool!' Love and appreciate you so much! T&E."
The America's Next Top Model creator and longtime boyfriend Erik Asla brought their first baby into the world, or their "miracle baby boy," via surrogate Wednesday. Banks revealed the baby news with an Instagram upload of York's tiny hat.

"We are so excited for our new baby boy, bundle of joy. The journey to now has not been an easy process, as I've shared before. But there was a beautiful bright light at the end of the tunnel for me and his father, Erik," Banks told People.
The Lifesize actress has been candid in discussing her obstacles with infertility, admitting that she tried in vitro fertilization in hopes of conceiving. "When I turned 40, the one thing I was not happy about is that I did not have kids," she revealed to People. "When you're like, 'OK, I'm just going to do it,' then it's not so easy as you get older."
If Cyrus, who recently got back together with ex-fiance Liam Hemsworth, was one of the first to send Banks a gift, we're curious as to who can one-up the "We Can't Stop" singer and her larger-than-life present.
