Nicki Minaj is pushing her "Pills N Potions" and today (May 27), the YMCMB rapper/singer released the first of two full-length lyric videos for the lead The Pink Print single.
Fitting with the song's title, the lyric video features flashy images of pills and alcoholic "potions" underneath the track's heartfelt lyrics, which show up in a variety of light yellow fonts.
Over the tune of a soft drum and rich piano chords, Minaj sings and raps about those lingering feelings for loved ones who have done wrong over the years, but despite all the pain and attempts to forget, a love lingers.
Unlike "Looking Ass," the previously heard song from The Pink Print, "Pills N Potions" is nothing but heartfelt.

"Pills N Potions" is the official lead single from Nicki Minaj's upcoming third studio album, The Pink Print and the track officially dropped Wednesday, May 21, after Minaj teased the single title and cover at the Billboard Music Awards. It's the third official song teased from The Pink Print, which will also include "Looking Ass" and "Yasss Bish."
The Pink Print is due out sometime in 2014, though the follow-up to Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded has yet to receive an official release date.
