Arty has unveiled a brand new remix for Axwell's recent solo single "Waiting For So Long." The original was included in Axwell's label Axtone and its recently released 10 year anniversary compilation. Arty also had a few contributions in the compilation from past songs released on the label, but now he takes on the new Axwell solo record in this free remix.
The remix is a short, but efficient burst of music from Arty that bridges together the older, soothing trance sounds that were standard in his tracks early in his career and the bigger melodies that have permeated his new tracks to go along with his status as a main stage DJ. Arty then mixes together the new, bigger and bolder melody with the pitched up vocal that is an ode to Axwell's wife Gloria and keeps the nu-disco rhythm in the build only to flip it into a thumping four on the floor beat in the drop.
Despite releasing his debut album Glorious in October, Arty doesn't appear to be slowing down. He released a remix as part of the recent League of Legends "Warsong" remix compilation that tabbed the likes of Jauz, Mako and Marshmello to create remixes of songs within the game. Now he has this remix out as another free download.
In addition to the free remix, Arty is also launching a Valentine's Day contest where one lucky fan will have the chance to chat with the Russian over skype. To win, they need to add +7 909 981-14-99 on Whatsapp and send a message to Arty. The winner will be announced on Feb. 12 to have a skype call with the Russian on Feb. 14.
