Governors Ball has already announced its stacked 2016 festival lineup, which includes everyone from headliners to Kanye West, The Killers and The Strokes to a range of other exciting acts such as M83, Death Cab for Cutie and Beck. With the New York City fest less than four months away, on Tuesday (Feb. 9), GovBall announced the single day lineups and the sale of one-day passes.
Governors Ball is holding nothing back, kicking off its lineup on Friday with some of its most hyped acts. The Strokes and Beck lead day one of the festival, with indie and alt favorites such as Of Monsters and Men, Matt and Kim, Father John Misty and Bloc Party also slated to perform.
Meanwhile, Saturday's lineup will inject some pop elements in to the mix, with The Killers and HAIM expected to take the stage. M83, Miike Snow, Purity Ring, Miguel, Albert Hammond Jr., Catfish and the Bottlemen and Mac Miller add diversity to the festival's second day.
And, day three brings out the big guns. Kanye West will perform on the closing night, following the Feb. 11 release of his new album T.L.O.P. Death Cab for Cutie, CHVRCHES, Gary Clark Jr., Courtney Barnett, Eagles of Death Metal and Joey Bada$ round out the festival's final day.

With the announcement of the daily lineups, single day tickets for Governors Ball 2016 are set to go on sale to the general public starting at 10 a.m. EST on Thursday, Feb. 11. An exclusive single day pre-sale for Citi Cardmembers begins today at 10 a.m. and will run until the general sale begins.
Governors Ball 2016 will take place on Randall's Island in New York from June 3 to 5. Three-day festival passes are on sale now.
