Before Taylor Swift hit the Grammy stage for the opening performance of her song, "Out of the Woods" from her 1989 album, she already celebrated her early win for two awards with best friend Selena Gomez.

As previously reported by Music Times, Swift scored her first Grammy win for the Best Pop Vocal Album during the pre-telecast ceremony. Producer pal Jack Antonoff received the award for her who called her on the cell phone where she is heard saying "I love you" to James Taylor, a co-nominee for the award.

Hours before the big event, best friends Swift and Gomez were getting ready when they learned that the music video for "Bad Blood" also won as the Best Music Video, Mail Online reported. Gomez along with Gigi Hadid, Karlie Kloss, Cara Delevingne and others are part of the award-winning video. No wonder, Gomez was as thrilled as Swift upon learning about the win.

Their excitement was seen in a short video uploaded on Instagram and Twitter wherein the "Love Story" singer kept on saying, "What just happened?" and "Oh my God" while burying her head in her hands. Her best friend Gomez, who is also wearing a dressing gown like her, giggled and jumped up and down to express her happiness. The two girls then hugged each other with joy, Music News reported.

Swift tweeted the video with the caption: "Bad Blood just won a Grammy for Best Music Video and we are not ok."

Meanwhile, Gomez shared the tweet adding a comment that says: "I got to be in my best friends first Grammy award winning music video!!!!!!?!"

The "Shake It Off" singer also won the Album of the Year award for 1989, giving her a total of three Grammys trophies. Swift was nominated for seven awards which include Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Best Pop Solo Performance, Song of the Year, and Best Music Video.
