James Corden sure seems to have a lot of problems getting to work on time, and this week, he has enlisted Sia to help him bypass Los Angeles traffic and get into the carpool lane. In the latest installment of his "Carpool Karaoke" series, the Late Late Show host and the elusive pop star teamed up to run through some of her biggest hits, including "Chandelier" and "Alive," and run through some of the more interesting aspects of her personality.

Corden kicked off his latest carpool adventures by picking Sia up by the side of the road, and gently leading the wig-adorned pop star into his car. In a surprising move for this lighthearted segment, Sia opened up about exactly why she covers her face whenever there are cameras around.

"Well, I was a singer already for like 10 or 11 years to mediocre success. I was an alcoholic and a drug addict, and I sobered up and decided I didn't want to be an artist anymore because I was starting to get a little bit famous. It was destabilizing in some way. So, I thought, what doesn't exist in pop music at the moment? And it was mystery, like, there's pictures on Instagram of everyone at the dentist," she revealed.

Of course, it wasn't all quite that heavy. Sia and Corden also discussed her passionate belief in alien life and she showed off a peculiar hand trick, in which she can balance a dozen eggs on the back of her hands.

But, as is the center of every "Carpool Karaoke," Sia and Corden belted out some of her biggest hits and songs she wrote, including "Alive," "Chandelier," "Elastic Heart" and "Diamonds." And, even in an SUV, Sia sounds flawless.

Sia is just the latest superstar to hop into Corden's passenger seat. Other "Carpool Karaoke" guests have included Elton John, Chris Martin of Coldplay, Adele, Justin Bieber and more.
