While cruising around West Hollywood earlier this week, the "Goodies" beauty was spotted wearing a VERY short skirt... and apparently no underwear! Therefore, Ciara managed to flash her "lady parts" while donning the sexy ensemble, and members of MediaTakeOut's paparazzi were right there to capture the explicit moment!
The 27-year-old R&B princess isn't afraid to "sex it up" for the cameras. Remember her racy music video for "Ride" that was banned on BET back in 2010?
