A$AP Rocky's adventures overseas may not be getting off to the best start -- the At. Long. Last. Purple. rapper was jumped by three men in an elevator earlier this week in New Zealand.

According to TMZ, Rocky was in a hotel elevator with a group of three girls, when three men also attempted to catch a ride in the lift. After Rocky told them there was "no more room," the three denied men turned violent.

Rocky, is set to perform in New Zealand for a performance tonight (Feb. 25), was attacked at the Pullman Hotel in Auckland around 3 a.m., after he attempted to stop three men who ended up assaulting him from getting on the elevator. He was reportedly punched in the head and face while he tried to protect the women he was in the elevator with.

According to witnesses on the site, the attackers knew exactly who Rocky was as they could be heard saying , "f*ck A$AP" when the security finally broke the scuffle up. One of the assailants was arrested on the spot when the cops arrived for assault and resisting arrest.

Despite the fight, Rocky didn't seem too downtrodden, smiling for Twitter.

He went on to tweet another message, one that seemed to be a veiled threat directed at the men who attacked him, "ASSAULTED? NIGGAS GET SHOT EVERY DAY B, HA." Although Rocky didn't appear to be too rattled by the situation, that didn't stop his zealous fans a.,k.,a., his "defense squad" from showing an outpouring of love to him and letting him know they were all hands on deck if he should need reinforcements.
