The R&B group TGT that consists of artists Tank, Ginuwine and Tyrese (Gibson) have called it quits. Depsite previous reports where Gibson pointed the finger at Ginuwine as the reason the group disbanded, recent statements from Tank suggest it was actually Gibson who caused the separation, and it's all about the money.

TMZ reporters recently caught up with Tank at the Los Angeles airport where they asked him some questions about the group that provided Urban AC radio with hit singles like, "I Need," "Sex Never Felt Better," and "Please Don't Go." When asked what the fate of the Three Kings group was and if fans could anticipate any more new music from the trio of superstars, Tank immediately shut down the possibility, saying the group was done because they couldn't see eye to eye regarding the money.

"Tyrese still doesn't want to split the money equally so...we're done," the "Maybe I Deserve" singer revealed.

The report adds more validity to Tank's claim with a statement that allegedly came from Tyrese's rep, never denying that the breakup was over money not being distributed equally. In fact, the rep stated that Tyrese is considered a more recognized, successful chart-topper than the other group members and not splitting the money equally was not so far fetched.

Prior reports suggested that it was Ginuwine who sat at the center of the problem within the group after Tyrese shared an apology statement in an Instagram post, which was later removed, explaining to fans how TGT was done and over, and the Three Kings album would be their first and last record together. According to EUR, Gibson posted this message emphasizing how he and Tank alone, would be moving on without "G:"

"I'm sorry to break the news.............. TGT is done.......... It's not about fault..... Business is business..... Me and Tank are still movin..... We will forever love our brother G as brothers.... We've got TOO much history to turn this into anything negative.... Even 112 are still together, NEXT, DRU HILL is still together and TROOP and New Edition..... It's only 3 of us we did one album it was epic....... And now it's over....... We have been forced to start looking into someone else...... Or me and T just might do it solo.... The reason it worked is because of our history and mutual respect....... I don't know I'm just shocked and disappointed that I'm even putting up this post....... #ThreeKingsNoMore but I guess.... #LSG only made one album..... Damn.."

The post sparked an online back and forth between the Fast and Furious star and the "Pony" singer, resulting in name-calling from both parties, according to a December TMZ report, but the three still remain friends; they just won't be doing any more business together.
