Kendrick Lamar has amassed an incredibly successful career over the years, but the star proved that he remains humble by recently surprising a group of young fans when he attended a music workshop sponsored by Reebok in Manchester. Meanwhile, DJ Khaled revealed that he is working on a major collaboration with Lamar.

In a video, Lamar is seen arriving on the venue much to the delight of his young fans. At first, he watched the teens showcase their rapping skills. Apparently enjoying the performances, Lamar then grabbed a microphone and did an impromptu freestyle rap and joined the teens for a rap battle.

This workshop is a collaboration with Brighter Sounds as Reebok celebrates its Classic Leather sneaker, Pitchfork reported.

Meanwhile, DJ Khaled also revealed in an interview with J Cruz on The Cruz Show that he has an upcoming song with Lamar.

"I am talking to Kendrick Lamar about an anthem that I want him on," Khaled said, according to Rap-Up. "Me and Kendrick been talking about it. I've seen him a few times since I've been out here. I've been staying in touch with Top Dawg."

Earlier this month, Lamar released his record Untitled Unmastered as a follow-up of last year's To Pimp A Butterfly LP. Three tracks from the album recently debuted on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs with "Untitled" titles, which has already sold 142,000 copies in the week ending March 10.

According to Complex, the award-winning rapper also has new songs coming from his Untitled Unmastered LP, as hinted by collaborator Sounwave saying, "We have a lot of [other] records, especially from this album. There are still records people haven’t heard, mainly because we can’t get sample clearances."
