Not only did we never think we'd see the day Larry King was auto-tuned, but we also never expected to see it happen alongside famed rapper/record producer T-Pain. Well, apparently we were wrong, because it's happened!
On last night's episode of TakePart Live, the famed radio/television host and hip-hop artist were both asked what they would do if they ever became President, which was based on a trending Reddit topic for that day. While this may seem like a rather normal question to some, the catch was in the fact that the participants had to sing their answers as they were being auto-tuned. And unless we're incorrect, King isn't necessarily known for his singing voice. Not that we're saying it's isn't lovely, of course.
Regardless, without even a glimpse of the video you can imagine what transpired. In one word: hilarity.
For those unaware, TakePart Live is a nightly show broadcast on Pivot TV. The show kicked off back in August 2013, and is hosted by Jacob Soboroff and Cara Santa Maria. It mainly discusses an array of topics such as news, social media and various current events.
So, who was better auto-tuned: Larry King or T-Pain? And, can we expect further collaborations between the two in the near or distant future? At least a single? Dare we say an album?
