Iggy Azalea has now joined the chorus of voices who are chiming in on the drama surrounding Beyonce’s Lemonade HBO special and the now infamous female character “Becky with the good hair.” Lemonade dropped this past Saturday on Tidal and HBO, but now Azalea is entering murky waters by calling out the “Becky” lyric for being a negative stereotype of white women.

Through a string of tweets, Azalea’s point seems to be that “Becky” correlates to a white woman with straight hair. “Becky” is also sometimes used as a slang term for oral sex to stereotype that white women are more likely to perform it on their men according to Refinery 29. While Azalea did not explicitly say that the term was racist, she came fairly close in her online rant.

Rumors on who exactly Jay Z’s alleged mistress was have been swirling on the interwebs, it was first thought to be Rachel Roy and then later on Rita Ora, but both celebs refuted the claims made against them. It has been assumed that the lyric in the song "Sorry" references a woman that Jay Z had an affair with.

The Beyhive suspected Ora for circumstantial reasons that included a lemon-embroidered bra and what was thought to be a “J” necklace posted to Instagram. In reality, the “J” was simply an “R” turned the other way. Another suspicion that fans had against Ora was the lawsuit she filed against Roc Nation (Jay Z’s company) alleging that he had not supported her as an artist. The rumors also flew when Ora donned the exact same Gucci skirt and blouse that Beyonce had worn in her “Formation” video.
