It's no secret that the daytime ABC talk show The View has had longstanding success over the years, which has propelled the show straight into its 20th season this coming fall. But some things could always use a little bit tweaking every now and then, which exactly what the network provided by adding a little bit of soul from Mary J. Blige, who contributed her vocals to the new theme song and video "World's Gone Crazy."

"A really strange idea for a music video" is how The View co-host Whoopi Goldberg pitched the concept to Blige in the opening scene of the music video.

The idea that Goldberg spoke of centered around providing a visual for the new milestone season of the show. Not only has the daytime talk show taken on a brand new theme song, written by Grammy Award winning songwriter Diane Warren, but it has also taken on a brand new co-host and two new contributors with the upcoming season.

As reported by Parade, soon to be seated at The View table on a more permanent basis is former Good Morning America weekend correspondent Sara Haines, who's no stranger to the panel having filled in as guest host several times in the past.

Also joining are Sunny Hostin and Jedidiah Bila who have been added as the two new contributors, according to the site.

The newbies all joined the likes of Blige and seasoned co-hosts Raven-Symone, Joy Behar, Candace Cameron Bure and Paula Faris in the high-energy music video for "World's Gone Crazy."

With the exception of Goldberg, all the hosts are seen throughout the video lip-synching along to Blige's vocals, in what appears to be a laid back, yet fun atmosphere.

"World's gone crazy, I think there's only one thing to do," sang Blige. "I think that we should go crazy too."

Look for the ladies to go crazy on Sept. 6 at 11 a.m. on ABC.
