Kings of Leon are in full album mode. The group released the lead single "Waste A Moment" from their upcoming album Walls this past Friday, Sept. 9. Now the group has unveiled the accompanying music video. In addition to the video, they also were in the UK for some promo and performed a new album cut "Around The World" for the first time.

The music video is one of the odder things you will see today. The video features a group of three cheerleaders, two men who may be after them, some bystanders in the neighborhood and the band.

The video combines some elements of sci-fi, mystery and even a little horror.

The video starts out with the three cheerleaders sitting under a tree. Three cops start to approach them but crumple in a field. Things get weirder from there as video introduces these two creepy old guys who are dueling it out with handheld weapons in a house amidst blindfolded members of the band. One guy has a metallic hydra symbol from Captain America.

The house gets set on fire and the police come to investigate. The band members get kidnapped and their car crashes as the neighborhood comes to loot everything. It is weird and impossible to follow. Somebody did a lot of drugs.

The band also unveiled a new song "Around the World" on BBC's Later ... With Jools Holland show Tuesday night. It is just a live rendition, but the track doesn't feel as strong as "Waste A Moment." It does have a catchy guitar riff in the hook that could help with radio play.

Walls will be released on Oct. 14. It can be pre-order on iTunes.
