Congrats to Jake Owen!

This week, Jake Owen brought the ultimate beach party to a new level when his Gold-certified hit "Beachin'" took the #1 spot on both the Mediabase and Billboard Country Airplay Charts. The summer smash is Jake's fifth #1 single at Country radio and it's his fastest selling hit to date.

"Beachin'" comes from Jake's latest album Days of Gold produced by Joey Moi, which is a perfect ode to summer fun. To help celebrate the season, Jake is asking fans to post their photos and videos on Instagram or Twitter with hashtags #DAYSOFGOLD or #BEACHIN. The snapshots will be added to an infinity mosaic on Jake's website.

An instinctive showman, Jake is constantly wowing fans during his live shows. His 75-city Days of Gold Tour is delivering the summer beach experience all over the country. The tour comes complete with tiki bars, a Riverside Cafe set and fans decked in bathing suits, and it will deliver summer well past the season as it runs through October, wrapping up in his hometown of Vero Beach, Florida. Presented by Discover Boating, the tour finds Owen sharing the stage with The Cadillac Three as well as the Eli Young Band, Parmalee and Thomas Rhett on select dates.

Jake, who has previously taken home ACA and ACM Awards, recently got his first Teen Choice Awards nomination for Choice Male Country Artist. Fans ages 13-19 can vote once a day on teenchoiceawards.com. The winners will be announced on August 10, 2014 at 8 pm ET on FOX.
