After releasing three Instagram previews for her new album "Yours Truly" and two singles, "The Way" and "Baby I," Ariana Grande has dropped a new track from her debut solo album. Today (Aug. 7), the rising pop star debuted "Right There," featuring rapper Big Sean.

Like her top 10 hit "The Way," the smooth R&B jammer gets some help from a rapper. Beginning with an intro full of breathy vocals from Grande and Big Sean exclaiming, "If you want to party, put your hands up."

The rapper then takes his signature laid-back style, rapping about how his girl only needs an hour in the bathroom to look like a model.

Grande takes things over from there in the love song. "You know, I'm never gonna change, / I'm always gonna stay, / You call for me right there, / Cause you listen and you care, / You're so different, no one compares, / And if you never change I'll always stay right there," she sings in the slow-burning chorus.

The vocal pattern in the chorus is slightly distracting. It's one part Lil Jon "Snap Yo Fingers" (due to the rhyme scheme), one part Mariah Carey "Always Be My Baby" (due to the vocals) and one equal part of Grande's already released singles (due to their similarity in lyrics and, of course, the singer).

The song is pretty mature sounding, which is an impressive feat from the 20-year-old Nickelodeon star. Her music is far beyond her years, particularly when compared to her fellow actress and pop star Selena Gomez.

"Right There" adds a more defined shape for the new album "Yours Truly." With "The Way," "Baby I" and clips of "Piano," "Better Left Unsaid" and her Wanted duet "Almost Is Never Enough," it seems as though Grande is making an album beyond her years. Though the comparison may be tired, it seems like she's aiming to be the Mariah Carey for the new generation.

"Yours Truly" will be released Sept. 3. Listen to the Big Sean assisted "Right There" below.
