Vampire Weekend is back. The New York-based indie band will reunite at the End of the Road Festival in their first performance in four years.

St. Vincent, Feist, and Yo La Tengo complete the music festival's headliners. Ariel Pink, Ezra Furman, Jeff Tweedy, John Cale, and Julia Holter will also perform.

Tickets for the End of the Road Festival are now on sale. The event will take place from Aug. 31 to Sept. 3 at the Larmer Tree Gardens in Dorset in the UK.

Returning From Hiatus

The upcoming performance of the band marks their return to the music industry after four long years of inactivity. Vampire Weekend's last album was Modern Vampires of the City which was released way back in 2013. The record, which spawned hits such as "Diane Young" and "Unbelievers," won a Grammys for Best Alternative Music Album in 2014.

This year is going to be huge for fans of Vampire Weekend. The band made up of Ezra Koenig, Chris Tomson, and Chris Baio are reportedly working on a new album.

Koenig said late last year that the band is working on their fourth studio album. On a tweet, he assured an inquiring fan that the follow-up to Modern Vampires of the City is already 80 percent complete. However, he added that the last 20 percent is always the hardest part of making an album.

Back in March, the vocalist gave a more detailed update regarding the status of their next album. He revealed that the working title of the fourth LP is Mitsubishi Macchiato

Koenig also revealed that the band started doing work for the fourth LP in 2016 when the vocalist/guitarist said they started writing and "researching with grad students" in the library. Last year, they started recording.

He added that they are trying to finish the album as soon as possible.

As for the sound, Mitsubishi Macchiato will be a little more "springtime" than Modern Vampires of the City. He revealed the title of two songs: "Conversation" and "Flower Moon."

This is the band's first album without Rostam Batmanglij who departed in 2016.

10 Years

Coincidentally, the indie rock band will celebrate the 10th-year anniversary of their debut album. Vampire Weekend, released in January 2008, was a massive success, landing on the Top 20 of the U.S. and UK music charts. The eponymous debut album, which initially received mixed reviews from critics and music lovers, helped redefine the indie rock scene in the years that followed.
