NBA YoungBoy was arrested last weekend on a standing felony warrant, which includes kidnapping. The rapper was arrested in Tallahassee, Florida.
YoungBoy was supposed to perform in Florida on Saturday, but he was unable to make it. Law enforcement came into contact with YoungBoy on his tour bus. Officers learned that the rapper is a fugitive from Georgia and accused of committing assault.
This is not the first time that YoungBoy faced legal troubles. The 18-year-old wrecked a Lamborghini in the past. He was also arrested for a case connected to the series of shootings in Baton Rouge years ago. YoungBoy was also accused of firing a weapon during a drive-by shooting.

Prior to his arrest in Florida, a video of the rapper seemingly body slamming his girlfriend went viral. In the short clip, a young man is seen pushing his girlfriend to the ground. The woman takes a few seconds before she gets up from the floor, but the man attacks her. The altercation took place right in front of the CCTV at a hotel in Waycross, Georgia.
YoungBoy's mug shot shows that he has some wounds and bruises on his face, which supports the report that he could be the person in the video. However, the rapper's girlfriend, Jania, claimed that YoungBoy did not abuse her. She said that they are both 18 years old and are just messing around.
Jania also said that she and her boyfriend love to goof around. However, the rapper has never put his hands on her. He has also not kidnapped anyone, contrary to initial reports. YoungBoy's rep has not yet released a comment regarding the video, as well as his arrest.
The rapper has not been active on social since Saturday either. The singer's last post was from Friday, and it is a picture of him holding some cash. Last week, he also uploaded a photo of his adorable son.
