Ryan Adams is going on tour. Today (July 22), it was announced that the 'Gimme Something Good" singer will be supporting his forthcoming 14th studio album with a fall 2014 live stretch across North America.
According to Consequence of Sound, Adams will follow up a short round of shows in July (including one tonight in Portland, Maine) with a more extensive tour in October. Beginning Oct. 5 in Portland, Oregon, Adams will crisscross the United States and Canada before wrapping things up Oct. 20 in Kansas City.

Ryan Adams' 2014 tour dates will follow the release of his album Ryan Adams, due out in stores on Sept. 9. It will be the singer-songwriter's 14th record overall and his first effort since 2011's Ashes & Fire.
