"Just a three dollar increase can make a living wage." That's the message Kristen Bell is singing in a new Funny or Die video that parody's Mary Poppins' "A Spoonful of Sugar" called "Mary Poppins Quits."

In the spoof, the Frozen star and songstress dresses up as Julie Andrews' famed characters to sing a charming song about raising the federal minimum wage. Before bursting into song, Mary Poppins tells the children she watches that she is quitting. "I'm only paid the federal minimum wage," she says, holding a measuring tape that reads "Practically Perfect In Every Way Except Grossly Underpaid."

"In every job that must be done, you must be paid in more than fun," Bell sings. "I don't get these birds for free."

At the current level of $7.25 an hour, domestic workers such as nannies of the Poppins' variety are living below the poverty line. Bell argues that just a three dollar increase can allow hard working Americans to make a living wage, and the fact that CEOs are making a ridiculous amount of money while their shift workers struggle is "Supercalifragilisticexpialido-bullsh*t."

Although she is a well-paid entertainer, Bell understands that there are people out there working harder than she is and getting paid less. When she hosted the CMT Music Awards, she joked to reporters about her role in the show. "In truth, what I do during the show is change into a variety of fancy outfits and read a teleprompter, so it's not the hardest job in America."
