Rihanna has finally responded to the Company that is accusing her of an unpaid bill for $150,000 for her grandmother, Clara Brathwaite's aka Grandmom Dolly's funeral.

According to TMZ, a lawsuit was filed for $150,000 for Brathwaite's lavish funeral in Barbados followed by a party celebrating her grandmother's life with tents, exotic flower arrangements and multimedia large screens.

Rihanna's rep told TMZ that she paid funeral bill off in full and any allegations that's he owes more money are "completely false."

Rihanna was close to her ailing grandmother posting pictures of her during her last days and even dedicated her tattoo on her chest to Grandmom Dolly.

After Brathwaite's death, Rihanna tweeted,  "Goodbye #grangranDOLLY get your beauty rest until I see you."

After the funeral Rihanna tweeted while socializing with her family "#grangranDOLLY time for your party in Barbados," she wrote, adding "#grangrandolly you are going to have the best party today. #allblackerrthang! and I'm gon' try to hold it all in, try to hold back my tears."

In honor of her grandmother, Rihanna donated $1.75 million to the radiotherapy department of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Barbados. The singer told E!News, "This was my way of giving back to Barbados, in a form of philanthropy, by assisting the QEH in its continued modernization program...I believe that this will have a huge impact on the people of Barbados. This was all done to save lives or at least extend them."
