Rihanna's stalker is behind bars after hand-delivering threatening letters to the pop star in New York.

According to the New York Daily News, a homeless man has reportedly been arrested for stalking and harassing the singer at her Manhattan apartment.

Kevin Mcglynn, 53, was allegedly caught on video surveillance delivering the letters on three separate occasions in July to the singer's SoHo building.

Mcglynn went to her Lafayette St. building at 6:30 a.m. and again around midnight on July 8, sources said.

He went back for his third visit around noon on July 11. He was not arrested until about 6 p.m. Thursday. Cops tracked him down after he dropped his benefits card, with his name and address on it, in Rihanna's SoHo building.

In the letters, Mcglynn "repeatedly called her a b***h," and threatened to "bum (rush) in her apartment," the site reports, citing his criminal complaint.

Mcglynn, who has a long rap sheet, also allegedly sent at least four letters to Rihanna in California, according to authorities.

"The nature of these letters (is) confusing. They all do indicate a personal relationship, as I indicated before, that simply does not exist," Assistant District Attorney James Vinocur told the judge.

Mcglynn claimed in court that Rihanna, Jay Z and Kanye West ripped off "my material."

He also argued with Judge Abraham Clott, telling him "you are lying" when the judge said he couldn't allow him to represent himself.

Mcglynn was ordered held without bail by Clott at his arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court Friday evening.

Last October, another man, Jonathan Whooper was taken into custody after cops ID'd him as the man who threw a chair through a glass door at Rihanna's Pacific Palisades home in California.

The man claimed to be Rihanna's "future husband," according to TMZ.
