Nicki Minaj is taking her talents to Cartoon Network and she has superpowers.

Rap-Up reports that Minaj will be featured in an upcoming episode of Cartoon Network's animated series Steven Universe.

The YMCMB rapper lends her voice to Sugilite, the mighty and powerful fusion of Garnet and Amethyst, two of the show's magically powered "gems" who help protect the world.

"American Boy" singer Estelle will also be featured in the episode as the voice of the warrior Garnet.

TV Guide has a sneak peek from the episode, which was screened at Comic-Con in San Diego last week.

But this isn't the first time Minaj has gotten animated.

As you may recall, she voiced a woolly mammoth named Hailey in 2012's Ice Age: Continental Drift and played an animated version of herself on Fox's The Cleveland Show.

The full episode, "Coach Steven," premieres August 21 at 6:30 p.m. on Cartoon Network.

Nicki Minaj recently made headlines with the release of her "Anaconda" cover art and talk of racism on Twitter.

The "Pills N Potions" femcee took to social media to send out some cryptic messages about race and success coincidentally the same week Iggy Azalea began filming her new music video. Rumors began to swirl that Minaj's tweets were possibly a shot at Azalea.

This comes after Minaj presumably threw shade at the "Fancy" rapper at the BET Awards.

Last month, Minaj was crowned the Best Female Hip Hop Artist but not before she made one thing very clear.

"What I want the world to know about Nicki Minaj is when you hear Nicki Minaj spit, Nicki Minaj wrote it," she said.
