The annual "Gathering of The Juggalos" music festival experienced tragedy on Saturday when the body of a concertgoer was found dead.

The 24-year-old's body was found in a tent on the concert grounds in Cave-in-Rock, Illinois. The owner of the tent said that he was approached late Friday evening by the man, who said he felt ill and requested a place to sleep. The man allowed the yet-unnamed victim to sleep alongside four others in the tent, but the man was dead come morning. Police are reporting that the death was the result of a heroin overdose.

"Gathering of The Juggalos" is music festival hosted by rap duo The Insane Clown Posse, generally highlighting the group's Psychopathic Record label and other members of the "horrorcore" hip-hop genre, along with amateur wrestling and activities. This year's headlines include the Kottonmouth Kings and Tech N9ne alongside ICP.

Although just about every music festival in the country generally involves an excess of drug usage and drinking, Gathering of The Juggalos is even more notorious. Aside from the death of the unidentified concertgoer, there have been another nine overdoses reported by police so far this year. Behavior of "juggalos," the fan base of ICP, is also a rowdy bunch. Two years ago they made headlines when performer Tina Tequila was struck by feces while onstage.
